Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Admin to support order processing, customer inquiries, and data management for our FMCG client base.

Based at Woodlands Link near Admiralty MRT, the role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with a salary of SGD 2,500 to 2,800 per month. Youll collaborate with shipping, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Experience with Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and a Diploma in Business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• FMCG Sales Admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer sales calls, reply to emails, and resolve client questions or complaints.
• Data Management: Maintain customer data, pricing lists, and inventory in CRM/ERP systems.
• Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
