Responsibilities include preparing quotations and orders, maintaining customer databases, liaising with Operations, and assisting with accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales administration or similar role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, orders, and related documents.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Contact potential customers and share company profiles or catalogs.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, equipment deployment, and site arrangements with operations.
• Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and operator schedules.
• Monitor project documentation and ensure sales records are accurate.
• Follow up on customer payments and assist with accounts receivable.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams for project coordination.
