Job summary

Sing Lee Corporation Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Admin & Sales Executive to support our excavator machinery rental business. You will handle customer service, sales coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, basic computer skills, and opportunities to develop sales experience in equipment rental. This position is based in Singapore and requires strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Sales or machinery rental experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming machinery rental enquiries.
• Prepare machinery rental quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate rental bookings with machinery owners and operators.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Prepare rental agreements, delivery orders and invoices.
• Maintain rental schedules and customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with accounts and machinery operations.
