Job summary

SINGLAND TRANSPORTATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Administration Assistant to support the Sales team in the construction sector. The role involves sales administration, customer support, and coordinating equipment deliveries and site arrangements for smooth daily operations.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to work overtime are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent diploma.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, sales orders, and related documents.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Contact potential customers, introduce company services, and send company profiles or catalogues.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, equipment deployment, and site arrangements with the Operations team, site supervisors, and customers.
• Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, equipment movement, and operator schedules.
• Monitor project documentation and ensure all sales-related records are accurate and up to date.
• Follow up on customer payments and assist with accounts receivable.
• Liaise with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.
