A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Admin to assist with customer inquiries, manage order processing, and provide operational support to the sales team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and import/export documentation is a plus. Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Follow up on enquiries and expedite order processing.
• Prepare quotations and manage invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams.
