You will be the crucial link supporting our sales team's success while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Sales Support
  • Provide end‑to‑end support to the sales team, from lead management to order fulfilment.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and promptly.
  • Manage customer databases (CRM) and ensure all client information is up‑to‑date.
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and sales performance data for management review.
  • Support the organisation of sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
Administration
  • Perform general office administrative duties including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as processing expense claims and liaising with accounts on receivables.
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors and calls, projecting a professional company image.
  • Support HR with onboarding documentation for new hires.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
