About the role

As a Sales Admin Coordinator at AV Media Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the Client & Sales Administration department. This full‑time position is based in Bukit Batok, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth.


What you’ll be doing


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing client records, and maintaining accurate sales data.

  • Assist with the preparation of sales‑related documents such as quotes, delivery orders, and invoices.

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

  • Participate in team meetings and help identify opportunities for process improvements.


What we’re looking for


  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in a client‑facing or sales support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry.

  • Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
