1) Account Manager

📍 Location: Serangoon
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000/month + Commission

We are seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting the company’s growth strategy in solar leasing and solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business development, market analysis, and project coordination to drive profitability and expand our market presence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Sustainability, or a related renewable energy field.
  • Experience and understanding of reviewing financial modelling.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in the energy or renewable products industry.
  • No experience are welcome to apply.
  • Assertive, results-driven, and able to meet KPIs.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.
  • Prepare and analyse financial models to assess project returns.
  • Prepare and submit proposals/tender bids, follow up, and conduct tender presentations.
  • Achieve required sales targets for solar PV projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Solar Project Management & O&M teams, as well as EPC contractors, to oversee project development and implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C&I customers, SP Services, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.

2) Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Account Executive to promote Solar PV installation solutions to landed homeowners. The ideal candidate should be confident in sales outreach, customer engagement, and providing professional advice on solar solutions. This role involves both prospecting and supporting the entire customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales service.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to potential residential customers for Solar PV installation.
  • Perform door-to-door canvassing for landed residential homes.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of Solar PV systems and how they generate their own electricity.
  • Carry out site assessments to evaluate suitability for PV installation.
  • Prepare proposals and administrative documents for submission to authorities.
  • Work closely with the installation team and LEW on project coordination, providing timely updates to customers.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support by addressing customer queries and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or consumer products.
  • Driven, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
