Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Safety Coordinator. Responsibilities include coordinating site safety inductions, aiding in risk management submissions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must possess a WSH Coordinator Certificate and have at least one year of experience in relevant projects. A valid Class 2/3 driving license and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in LTA & HDB projects.
• Possess valid Class 2/3 driving license with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site safety induction prior to project commencement.
• Assist WSHO in RA / SWP submission preparation.
• Monitor the upkeep of workers' dormitory.
• Conduct Tool Box Meetings for all sites.
• Incident investigation and iReport submission when necessary.

Job description

Job Descriptions:-

• Coordinate with Project Personnel for Site Safety Induction prior to project commencement

• Assist WSHO in preparation of RA / SWP submission

• Update each project on the latest MOM / WSH / NEA / SCDF requirements and legislations

• Conduct Tool Box Meeting for all sites

• Incident investigation and iReport submission when necessary

• Liaise with MOM authorities

• Monitor the upkeep of workers' dormitory

• Upate on the validity of machines' LM certification

• Updating and review of ISO 45001:2018 records for external auditing

• Familiar with MS Office applications

• Required to travel from site to site

Requirements:-

• Possess recognized WSH Coordinator Certificate.

• Attained BCSS / Risk Management Certificate.

• At least 1 year experience (Preferably LTA & HDB project)

• Possess valid Class 2/3 driving license with own transport
