You will collaborate with business development, product, and operations, turning analysis into actionable recommendations while adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; BI tools a plus.
• Experience with automation tools or basic scripting (SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate analysis into recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in payments, fintech, or digital assets is highly desirable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth engine by mapping, streamlining, and automating our go-to-market process end to end, from lead generation to revenue realisation, in partnership with business developments, product, and operations teams, using data, tools, and AI where they add value.
• Turn data into decisions. Build the models and dashboards leadership uses to track performance, spot opportunities, and decide where to invest.
• Run experiments. Define hypotheses, pilot new workflows and playbooks, measure the impact, and scale what works.
• Launch and scale. Drive cross-functional initiatives such as new product launches, merchant activation campaigns, and revenue optimisation.
• Work alongside leadership on high-priority projects that shape business performance and operational efficiency.
