Job summary

PingPong Payments is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Operations in Singapore to drive customer growth, engagement and product optimisation across our payments products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Risk to turn customer insights into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations, customer operations, growth, payments or related fields.
• Strong payments knowledge and understanding of customer journeys.
• Proven ability to design and run marketing campaigns, referral programmes or growth initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk and Operations.
• Data-driven approach to product optimisation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, activation and retention through customer operations, campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute product operations strategies to improve engagement, adoption and performance.
• Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements for cross-functional delivery.
• Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and optimise key customer journeys.
• Lead optimisation of payment flows, onboarding, KYC and related journeys.
• Leverage analytics to improve conversion, processing time and CX.
• Monitor metrics, build dashboards and drive initiatives for improved performance.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Engineering, Compliance and Risk to implement scalable solutions.
