Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Sales Operations or GTM Strategy.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English; team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchant acquisition pipeline and activation, optimize workflows and ROI.
• Collaborate with Business Development to drive sales growth and operational excellence.
• Provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards for KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments affecting payments.
• Lead cross-team collaborations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
