Job summary

Aspire seeks a Demand Generation lead to sit with growth owners and build systems that move data between tools, measuring pipeline impact.

We are building a direct outbound motion across the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and beyond, crafting data, tooling and workflows to identify and activate high-value accounts.

You will deploy AI workflows for qualification, routing and prioritisation, balancing automation with human oversight to maximise conversions.

Qualifications

• 4 years working inside a GTM function (sales, marketing, RevOps or CS).
• Experience standing up an outbound motion from scratch.
• Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms such as Apollo, Firmable, Clay or ZoomInfo.
• Ex-founder or worked with early stage businesses.
• B2B fintech or financial services exposure across APAC and US.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM engine: design and build data, tooling and workflow infrastructure to identify, prioritise and activate high-value target accounts.
• Automate prospecting and generate pipeline: replace manual list building, research, enrichment, qualification and routing with automated workflows.
• Operationalise AI across the funnel: deploy AI workflows for account intelligence, personalisation and prioritisation; balance automation with human oversight.
• Make it measurable and self-sustaining: establish GTM metrics and dashboards, track conversions, ship fixes, and leave the team a self-running system.
• Success after 12 months: HubSpot is the GTM truth, tiered lists self-maintain, outbound enrichment runs with minimal manual intervention.
