Job summary

Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Data Analyst to partner with Global teams to design experiments, own data pipelines, and build dashboards that measure success and growth.

You will translate complex business goals into analytical frameworks and deliver insights to guide product and go-to-market decisions. You will collaborate with product and engineering to power international expansion, forecast outcomes, manage risk, and provide self‑service data capabilities for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in Scala or Python for data pipeline development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication of results and impact to stakeholders.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Flyte, etc.).
• Experience with distributed data frameworks such as Spark.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate model development and coding.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship scalable data models and infrastructure for product analytics and metrics.
• Own data products, datasets, and production pipelines with reliability and testing.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting to surface actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into analytical questions and deliver recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define success metrics.
• Shape product and business strategy across global markets with data narratives.
