What you'll be doing

• Lead and support the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and well‑stocked retail environment
• Monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and manage stock replenishment efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising and promotional activities
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager or Area Manager
