Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations at Orchard. The role requires guiding staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

You will train and coach the team, support recruitment, and build strong relationships with VIP customers while handling escalated issues, exchanges and member events. Weekend and public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience with at least 3 years in store leadership.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
