Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager for Paragon in Singapore. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a retail team across visual merchandising, staffing, and customer service.

The role requires at least 5 years in apparel retail and 3 years in store management, with willingness to work a 6-day week. Children's or maternity apparel experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with HQ on performance and promotional events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel retail experience.
• 3+ years in store management.
• Experience in children's or maternity retail preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
