Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. in Orchard, Singapore, is seeking a Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead the retail team to achieve sales targets.

You will oversee stock control, merchandising, cashiering, and daily sales reporting while ensuring top-notch customer service. This full-time, permanent role requires managing rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a monthly salary of SGD 3,000–3,500 (excludes commission).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.
• Assist with staff deployment, daily duties and shift arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.
• Ensure merchandise displays and store presentation meet brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cashiering, opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with daily sales reports and operational matters.
• Ensure company policies and retail procedures are followed by the team.
• Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
