Job summary

Workle Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor in Orchard, Singapore. The role supports daily store operations, leads the retail team, and drives sales while delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will oversee shifts, stock, merchandising, and cash handling, with a focus on maintaining brand standards and smooth store performance, even in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month exclude commission

Working Hours: Retail hours (including weekends & public holidays)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.
• Assist with staff deployment, daily duties and shift arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.
• Ensure merchandise displays and store presentation meet brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cashiering, opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with daily sales reports and operational matters.
• Ensure company policies and retail procedures are followed by the team.
• Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
