Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Operations Manager for our Paragon location in Singapore. You will oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising, while coaching the retail team and supporting recruitment.

You will build strong VIP customer relationships, handle escalated complaints and events, and prepare staff schedules, attendance reports and sales feedback to Headquarters, ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children's apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
