Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for a premium apparel retailer at Paragon, Singapore. You will oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities include training and coaching the retail team, supporting recruitment, building relationships with VIP customers, and handling escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children's apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work 6 days including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
