Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. at Paragon seeks an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.

You will coach the retail team and support recruitment when required. You will build strong relationships with VIP customers, manage escalated complaints and events, and report sales performance to Headquarters. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
