Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is recruiting a seasoned apparel retail Store Manager for our Paragon store in Singapore.

You will oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising to ensure top-store standards. You will train and coach the retail team, support recruitment, and build strong relationships with VIP customers while managing escalated issues, exchanges and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
