Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager for Paragon, Singapore. You will oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.

Lead the retail team, support recruitment, and build strong relationships with VIP customers while handling escalated complaints and member events. The role requires 5+ years in apparel retail and 3+ years in store leadership, with a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children's apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
