The role requires 5+ years in apparel retail with 3+ years in store management; weekend availability is essential. Competitive base salary plus team commission and strong client relations are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in apparel retail with at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
