• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and stay updated on new arrivals or promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand presence.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
