Job Description

We are looking for a hands‑on Retail Sales Supervisor to support daily store operations, lead the sales floor, and deliver strong customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone we can train and develop into a future Store Manager.

You will work closely with management, learn all aspects of store operations, and progressively take on higher responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide retail sales staff during daily operations.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor to drive sales performance.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and onboarding.
  • Support merchandising, stock management, and inventory checks.
  • Learn reporting, basic operations, and store management processes.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.
  • Prior supervisory or senior sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership potential.
  • Willingness to learn store management and operations.
  • Comfortable working weekends and retail hours.
  • Responsible, reliable, and customer‑focused.
