Job summary

A retail company in Singapore seeks a customer service-oriented individual with at least 1 year of retail experience in the timepieces industry. Responsibilities include attending to customers, providing product recommendations, cashiering, and simple watch servicing. Candidates should possess good communication skills and be able to converse in both English and Mandarin. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of S$1,800 - 2,000 depending on experience, with additional commission after probation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product knowledge.
• Replenish and display merchandise, and cashiering duties.
• Perform simple watch servicing and follow-up after sales service.

• Attend to walk-in customer
• Provide products knowledge & recommendation to customer
• Replenish & Display merchandise
• Put back merchandise to its displayed location
• Cashiering
• Provide simple watch servicing (eg. change watch battery, change watch strap, adjust watch link, etc... (on-the-job training)
• Follow-up after sales service
• Perform monthly & annually stock take, or as instructed
• General housekeeping - keep the shop clean & neat at all times.
• Polite & provide excellent customer service

Working Days & Retail Hours

• 5 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)
• 2 off days per week
• Retail hours: 11am - 9pm
• Salary: Basic S$1,800 - 2,000(depends on experience)
• Commission (after probation)
