Job summary

MICRODERME AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused individual in Singapore to handle phone and walk-in enquiries and support appointment scheduling.

You will be the face of the clinic, sharing the benefits of our treatments with customers and collaborating with the branch manager on daily operations. The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail/TCM/Wellness, strong English and Mandarin communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to thrive

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry.
• Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency required).
• Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing healthcare concerns of customers.
• Team player and ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role.

Duties include:

• Handling of phone and walk-in enquiries
• Assisting Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments
• Be the face of the company during your interactions with both our existing and potential customers
• Communicate and share with our customers the benefits of our various treatment and services of our clinic
• Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry
• Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin (TCM prescriptions are issued in mandarin as such proficiency in mandarin is required)
• Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing the healthcare concerns of our customers
• Team player and ability to work well with others
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role
