Job summary

MICRODERME AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a customer-focused team member to handle inquiries by phone and walk-ins and to support daily clinic operations.

You will engage with existing and potential clients, share the benefits of our treatments, and present a friendly, professional image at all times. The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail/TCM/Wellness, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail/TCM/Wellness industries.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone and walk-in enquiries.
• Assist Branch Manager in scheduling and operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Be the face of the company during customer interactions to build trust and satisfaction.
• Explain and promote benefits of treatments and services offered by the clinic.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Branch Manager.

Job description

Duties include:

• Handling of phone and walk-in enquiries
• Assisting Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments
• Be the face of the company during your interactions with both our existing and potential customers
• Communicate and share with our customers the benefits of our various treatment and services of our clinic
• Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry
• Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin (TCM prescriptions are issued in mandarin as such proficiency in mandarin is required)
• Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing the healthcare concerns of our customers
• Team player and ability to work well with others
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role
