Job summary

Aespere Group Pte Ltd's TCM Clinic is seeking a friendly Customer Service Agent (Call Centre) to support appointment bookings, inquiries, and patient information across channels. You will handle bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and respond to Mandarin-speaking clients where needed.

Customer Service Agent (Call Centre) – TCM Clinic

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or call centre experience preferred
