The Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day store operations. This role partners closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to oversee inventory management, stockroom standards, shipments, replenishment, cashiering, and store equipment. The Operations Executive also provides leadership on the retail floor, guiding the team to deliver operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.
As a Sales & Service Associate, you will create a service‑driven retail environment that prioritizes guest engagement and exceptional experiences. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and support day‑to‑day store operations.
