Operations Executive (Back‑of‑House/Stockroom Specialist/VM)

The Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day store operations. This role partners closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to oversee inventory management, stockroom standards, shipments, replenishment, cashiering, and store equipment. The Operations Executive also provides leadership on the retail floor, guiding the team to deliver operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.

Senior / Sales & Service Associate

As a Sales & Service Associate, you will create a service‑driven retail environment that prioritizes guest engagement and exceptional experiences. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and support day‑to‑day store operations.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a client‑focused, sales‑driven environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine connections.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into the workplace.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of excelling both individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
