Job summary

MAKAN BAHAGIA (SINGAPURA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capableOperations professional to supervise day-to-day activities in our Singapore retail operations. You will implement SOPs, monitor performance, and drive productivity across frontline teams.

The role requires a proactive, flexible mindset, the ability to analyze sales data, and experience in retail or operations support. Weekend shifts and rotating hours are expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail or operations support is a plus.
• Willing to cooperate with the work schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and able to work rotating morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
