Job summary

IRON CHEF F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to help run its coffee shop outlets in Singapore, ensuring compliance with guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager.

You will focus on smooth operations, quality, and supporting the outlet's overall success. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, coordinating with the team, maintaining health and safety standards, handling inventory, scheduling staff, and supporting ad-hoc projects to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or related field.
• Good knowledge of the F&B industry preferred.
• Strong delegation, planning, and execution skills required.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, retain and motivate staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business (cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, opening/closing, scheduling).
• Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and support daily tasks.
• Ensure outlets adhere to health, safety, and brand standards, policies and local regulations.
• Conduct inventory checks and monitor stock levels for seamless operations.
• Efficiently schedule and plan staffing/roster based on outlet requirements.
• Supervise and provide operational support.
• Handle queries from suppliers and staff.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

As a Operations Executive, you assist in running F&B outlets, ensuring they align with guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. Your focus is on smooth operations, maintaining quality, and supporting the overall success of the coffee shop’s outlet.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Manage and be involved in day-to-day operations of business (i.e. cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, outlet opening and closing, scheduling, etc.)
• Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and support their daily tasks
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations regarding health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Conduct inventory checks and monitoring to maintain sufficient stocks supplies for seamless operations
• Efficiently schedule and plan staffing/ roster based on outlet operational requirements
• Supervise and provide operational support
• Handle queries from suppliers and staff
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
