The Retail Operations Manager/ Assistant Operations Manager in Hysses Singapore needs to oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, you're required to work in the retail environment ensuring smooth processes, optimal efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and sales performance while implementing strategies to meet the company’s objectives. The Retail Operations Manager ensures compliance with company policies, enhances operational standards, and drives the overall success of the retail business. The working hours will be following retail hours which may include weekends and not office working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
• Ensure stores comply with company standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety regulations.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and retail staff.

Inventory and Supply Chain
