Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Retail Manager to oversee store operations across Islandwide locations in Singapore. You will drive sales, lead and develop a team of supervisors and associates, and ensure high standards of customer service and presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail management, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and KPI performance. Rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant retail experience.
• Previous retail supervisory or management experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing store sales performance and operational targets.
• Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, sales performance and customer service standards.
• Lead, train and develop retail supervisors and store associates.
• Drive store sales targets and monitor KPIs.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Plan manpower allocation, staff scheduling and daily operational priorities.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational challenges.
• Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operating standards.
