CHRIS HUNTER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Manager at our Orchard store to lead sales floor operations, staff management, and customer service.

You will oversee merchandising, promotions, inventory, and daily store performance, coach staff, manage rosters, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with vendors to achieve sales targets.

This is a 5-day work week role with basic pay, allowances, variable bonuses and AWS as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage staff rosters and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operations and achieve sales targets.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver high levels of service.
• Ensure cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Plan monthly staff rosters for approval.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Forecast and analyze fashion trends and merchandise mix.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, and visual displays.
• Manage stock inventory and perform regular stock checks.
• Assist with vendor negotiations and procurement planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
