Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations across Singapore locations.

You will guide retail associates in customer service, cashiering, and merchandise handling while ensuring store displays meet brand standards. The role requires 4–5 years of retail experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on rostered shifts.

Qualifications

Preferably 4-5 years of retail experience.
Experience supporting store operations or guiding team members is advantageous.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple operational responsibilities.
Comfortable working rostered shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist the Retail Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations.
Guide retail associates in customer service, cashiering and merchandise handling.
Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and replenishment activities.
Assist with staff scheduling, task allocation and operational coordination.
Ensure store displays and housekeeping meet company standards.
Support sales initiatives and resolve customer enquiries.
Assist with staff training and performance improvement.
