Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and staff supervision.
• Manage opening/closing, scheduling, and manpower.
• Monitor sales, implement revenue strategies.
• Ensure stock control, replenishment, and shrink control.
• Maintain customer service standards and handle feedback.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and store hygiene.
• Prepare reports on stock, sales, and performance.
• Coordinate promotions and merchandising.
• Liaise with suppliers for purchasing and delivery.
