Job summary

hla garment (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise the retail team, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, ensure excellent customer service, accurate stock handling, and proper visual merchandising.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and be able to work weekends and public holidays in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/feedback.
• Support staff scheduling and daily task allocation.
• Maintain merchandise displays and inventory accuracy.
• Train new staff on policies, products, and store procedures.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
