• Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
• Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.
• Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
• Good knowledge of retail business.
• Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
• Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
• At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
• Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
• Customer service oriented.
• Salary offered will be based on individuals' experiences and qualifications.
