About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team in the Central Region. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full‑time position, offering the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and customer‑focused environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting with the daily operation of the retail store, including stocking shelves, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and meet customer expectations
  • Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
