Job summary

A leading HR consultancy is seeking a F & B Service Ambassador in Singapore. The role requires providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry and be flexible to work on weekends and holidays. This position offers a salary of up to $2800.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year working experience in F&B – cafes/restaurants/similar capacity.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service.
• Take, prepare, and serve food & drinks orders.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure cleanliness and comply with health/sanitation regulations.

F & B Service Ambassador

Working Hours: 5.5 days [2 Shift between 7am-10pm, rotated shift , 44 hours per week]
Location: Dempsey / Chip Bee / Dairy Farm
Salary: up to $2800

Requirements:

Job Scope:

• Ensuring excellent guest experience through providing of warm and genuine service

• Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
