Job summary

COM CAREERS INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Manager in all restaurant operations and to deliver an excellent guest experience. The role focuses on forecasting, planning and managing staff and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee front and back of house, promote service excellence, handle complaints, ensure food quality, and drive cost controls while generating regular reports and training staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years experience in restaurant supervision.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
• Communication and leadership skills.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Guest-oriented and service-minded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
• Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
• Attend quarterly P&L meetings.
