Job summary

SLDTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and service standards across the restaurant. This role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

You will manage reservations, inventory, reporting, team development, and compliance with hygiene and safety policies in a fast-paced environment, including weekend shifts and split schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants.
• Hands-on operations involvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality food, seamless service, and a welcoming ambiance.
• Oversee reservation management, guest seating, waitlist handling, and accurate wait-time communication.
• Monitor income and expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies for improvement
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales, food cost, labor cost, and other KPIs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the service areas.
• Cultivate a customer-centric environment, prioritizing exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to etiquette standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Ensure all employees adhere to policies, quality standards, and F&B hygiene.
• Drive team initiatives and implement changes effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with all F&B hygiene policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
