Job summary

Rasa Istimewa Restaurant @ Safra Jurong Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage stock, and ensure smooth service in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant supervisor/management role.
• Strong communication in English; Chinese preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems, tablets, and order terminals.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including stock-taking and opening/closing.
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relations.
• Resolve complaints professionally and implement service recovery.
• Process expenses and supplier invoices.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor store performance.
• Help optimize restaurant revenue and profitability.
• Coach front-of-house staff through performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Coordinate license renewals (MUIS, SFA).
• Negotiate packages with wedding or corporate clients.
