Job summary

Cloud Restaurant Group Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires proactive leadership, responsible management of people and business performance, and a focus on maintaining high standards across service and food quality.

The candidate will manage scheduling, costs and inventory while driving sales and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Singapore food safety certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train and manage the restaurant team.
• Manage staff scheduling and manpower requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Manage inventory, food costs and labour costs while minimising wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with promotions and initiatives to improve sales.
