Job summary

COM CAREERS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Manager in all restaurant operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.

The successful candidate will forecast, plan and manage all aspects in the restaurant, staff and finances, with the goal of maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in restaurant supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Strong delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Awareness of food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Capability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Customer-focused and service-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
• Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
• Attend quarterly P&L meetings.
