Overview

Up to S$5,500 Basic + Monthly Incentives (Up to S$350).

Islandwide (19 outlets across Singapore; placement based on suitability).

44 hours per week | Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks.

Rotating shifts (Opening/Closing); Company transport provided for shifts ending after 12:00 AM.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Western Restaurants or Bistro Bars (No Fast Food background).

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Leadership: Foster a warm, welcoming environment. Actively engage with guests to create memorable experiences and handle feedback with professional grace.

  • Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the outlet’s P&L. Analyze revenue and costs, and implement proactive strategies to drive growth and cost efficiency.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene (SFA compliance).

  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team. Lead with generosity by providing consistent coaching and recognition.

  • BOH Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to optimize workflow, manage inventory, and ensure timely food service.

  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for improvement through sales report analysis and market curiosity.
