A leading F&B group in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations across multiple outlets. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in Western restaurants or bistro bars, focusing on P&L management and exceptional customer service. As a key leader, you'll cultivate a warm atmosphere for guests and foster a supportive team environment. The position offers competitive compensation with a structured incentive plan and company transport support for late shifts.
Up to S$5,500 Basic + Monthly Incentives (Up to S$350).
Islandwide (19 outlets across Singapore; placement based on suitability).
44 hours per week | Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks.
Rotating shifts (Opening/Closing); Company transport provided for shifts ending after 12:00 AM.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Western Restaurants or Bistro Bars (No Fast Food background).

Service Leadership: Foster a warm, welcoming environment. Actively engage with guests to create memorable experiences and handle feedback with professional grace.
Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the outlet’s P&L. Analyze revenue and costs, and implement proactive strategies to drive growth and cost efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene (SFA compliance).
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team. Lead with generosity by providing consistent coaching and recognition.
BOH Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to optimize workflow, manage inventory, and ensure timely food service.
Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for improvement through sales report analysis and market curiosity.
At least 5 years as a Restaurant Manager in a Western/Bistro/Bar setting.
Proven track record in managing Outlet P&L and driving profitability.
Authentic, proactive, and able to lead by example with warmth and authority.
Comfortable working shift hours and managing high-pressure service environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse guests and internal stakeholders.
