The Restaurant Manager at Cloudstreet oversees daily operations to ensure exceptional service standards, smooth coordination between front and back of house, and an elevated dining experience that reflects the restaurant’s philosophy. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team in a fine-dining environment.
Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver warm, professional, and seamless service.
Oversee daily operations including reservations, guest relations, and service flow.
Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to uphold consistency and excellence.
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and morale.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring positive resolutions.
Monitor and manage inventory, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Support strategic initiatives, events, and collaborations in line with the restaurant’s vision.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in fine dining.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of service standards, food, and wine.
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure.
Well-presented with a professional demeanor.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Wine knowledge or experience in wine service will be favorable considered.
